When you take a photo that is several thousand pixels wide and shrink it to less than 100 pixels, the quality will not be great.
If you right click on your original photo that was added to the site and select "Properties" you can see how large the photo is. If you have the photos saved on a smart-phone, you can likely email them to yourself in the smaller version of the photo and this will help a lot.
If you end up retaking photos, make sure the settings on your phone are set to a smaller pixel size. Our Roster pictures are re-sized to 60 X 84 pixels.
Another issue may be the quality of the photo itself. If the photo is less than 180 DPI (Dots Per Inch) this can contribute to the photo being blurry.
